Professor at the Faculty of Medicine, with my original specialization in gastroenterology and hepatology, and over 15 years of experience in clinical and therapeutic nutrition as well as the treatment of chronic and complex diseases.I began my journey in 2010 by shifting from traditional clinical practice to evidence-based therapeutic nutrition, and I established clinical nutrition departments in some of the largest hospitals, such as the International Medical Center and the Saudi German Hospital.I hold a certification in Functional Medicine from the Institute of Functional Medicine – California, and I work with a comprehensive approach that integrates therapeutic nutrition, preventive medicine, and lifestyle medicine.I help my patients manage chronic diseases such as obesity, diabetes, heart disease, high cholesterol, fatty liver, autoimmune diseases, leaky gut, chronic pain, fibromyalgia, and cancer nutrition, in addition to cancer prevention and anti-aging.I believe that simple changes in sleep, diet, physical activity, and daily habits can make a profound difference in health and prevent disease progression.Currently, I practice exclusively Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT) at KOA Clinic – New Cairo, using American protocols accredited by KOA Clinic International – USA.
