Dr. Yasmin Wael El Shimy is an Internal Medicine Specialist with clinical experience in inpatient and outpatient care, treatment follow-up, and patient health education. She graduated from the Faculty of Medicine, Ain Shams University, in 2019 with a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery degree, achieving a Very Good grade with Honors. She has passed Parts 1 and 2 of the Membership of the Royal Colleges of Physicians of the United Kingdom (MRCP UK) examinations and is currently awaiting her PACES examination result. She has also passed the first part of the Master's program in Endocrinology and Metabolism at Al-Azhar University.Her professional experience includes working as an Internal Medicine Resident at Kasr Al Ainy French Hospital from 2022 to 2024 and at Maadi Mabarra Hospital from 2021 to 2022. She completed her medical internship at Ain Shams University Hospitals between 2020 and 2021 and previously worked as a Cardiology Physician Assistant at Heart Beat Clinic from 2017 to 2019.She is committed to providing comprehensive internal medicine care, monitoring patients' medical conditions, and supporting patients through health education and ongoing treatment follow-up. Her continuing medical education includes participation in the Medinah Heart International Conference in December 2023. She is fluent in English and a native Arabic speaker.
